I have forgiven X-Doe - Tsikago

Veteran Ghanaian musician, Patrick Gogoh , popularly known as Tsikago, says he has forgiven his colleague Musician, X-Doe, for every wrong he's done to him. Patrick Gogoh aka Tsikago According to the "Wo Be Ko" ( translated , You Will Go) hit maker , X-Doe is always going round speaking ill of him (Tsikago) although he hasn't done anything to him. He continued that despite all the derogatory words from X-Doe against him, he rather receives blessings. He remarked that he has genuinely forgiven X-Doe for all he has done to him and holds no grudge against him. He advised that X-Doe should however desist from the habit of having to "diss" someone in order to be popular. Tsikago said these in a radio interview with Aberolzi on GBC UNIIQ FM 95.7 MHz during the Saturday Jam which is aired every Saturday at 2:00 p.m. Tsikago who once collaborated with X-Doe to drop "Daavi" is currently on a media tour promoting his latest tracks titled "Stepping

INTERNATIONAL YOUTH DAY:TUC NATIONAL YOUTH COUNCIL DONATES ITEMS TO SENIOR CORRECTIONAL CENTER AT ACCRA

 The National Youth Council of the Trades Union Congress (TUC), as part of it's activities to mark the International Youth Day Celebration, donated some items to juveniles at the Senior Correctional Center at Ridge , Accra. The Secretary of the National Youth Council of TUC, Abena Afriyie, said there was the need for the juveniles to feel belonging to the society and that necessitated the donation. Receiving the items on behalf of the facility, the Assistant Director of Prisons in charge of the facility, Millicent Owusu, expressed appreciation to the Youth Council for the benevolence. She further called on other organisations, including NGOs, to emulate this gesture from the TUC.

I WON’T LET ANY MANAGER SLEEP WITH ME – GOSPEL ARTIST DECLARES

Don't Pay Salaries to First and Second Ladies - TUC Tells Government

 The government of Ghana, through it's Parliament,has approved for the first and second ladies of the nation to be given salaries . The salaries according to sources are to be pegged at that of Cabinet Ministers. The Trades Union Congress, has however, expressed their disapproval in supporting this act.  Speaking to PEX NEWS, the Deputy General Secretary for the Public Services Workers' Union (PSWU), John Sampah , said the TUC and for that matter, the PSWU inclusive, would never support this act.  Mr. Sampah said salaries are paid to workers who are employed and assigned specific roles and responsibilities but in this stance, the first and second ladies are neither employed nor assigned any roles and responsibilities. He remarked that supporting their husbands does not mean they are employed.  "The two ladies of the land ( Mrs Rebecca Akufo-Addo and Mrs. Samira Bawumia) are not employed by the state, and they are not under any contract with the state as well. Total Woman Network distributes sanitary towels to three basic schools in Accra

 As part of activities to mark the International Menstrual Hygiene Day Celebration, the Total Woman Network visited three schools in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana to distribute sanitary towels to the ladies. The schools were found in the Ledzokuku Constituency and the Anyaa Sowutuom Constituency. Expressing their appreciation, one teacher said they have been "blessed with the love that the Total Woman Network has shown to the school", adding that he wished "the entire nation would take the issues of menstrual health as a dire nature and emulate such benevolence from the Network." One student also expressed gratitude to the Total Woman Network saying, " I thank the Total Woman Network for thinking of us the females and coming to our aid. Honestly , I've been blessed. The teachings they gave us on Menstrual Health is phenomenal and I am going to teach my friends at home . For the sanitary towels they have given us I'm really going use it. God bless

I CHARGE FOR THE SHOWS I PLAY - GOSPEL MUSICIAN REVEALS

Ace Ghanaian Gospel Artist, Daniel Agyin known in the music industry as Goldmann , says he charges for the shows he plays. Daniel Agyin a.k.a Goldmann Speaking in an interview on Adoa TV and monitored by PEX NEWS , Goldmann disclosed that he charges fees for any event he features in outside the church. "When an event Organizer invites me to participate and minister in their event, I charge them. This is because I believe their main focus is to make money, as such I also charge them. And I think this is fair for both parties",he said. With events organized by churches, the Deputy Director for Gospel Music at the Musician Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) , Goldmann , said he doesn't charge the Pastors. " As for churches, I do not have any rates for them. I believe the main objective of Pastors is to win souls, and therefore there is no need to charge them. I rather see it as an opportunity to join them win souls since it's also my aim, hence the need not to charge them.
